Refund cancellation period
You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the date of receipt.
To be able to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your item must be with original packaging .
Shipping costs for returns during the cancellation period

Free returns are available from the following countries :
- Lithuania
Returns from all other EU countries will be subject to a €6.99 return shipping cost:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
By contacting our customer service department info@comparethetools.lt Return shipping costs of €6.99 will be deducted from the price of the returned item(s) when we receive your return. Please note that we will not refund the original price of your order due to shipping costs.
Uncollected / undelivered parcels
If the package is returned to us as undeliverable/undeliverable due to incorrect contact information, an additional return fee will be charged. Tax from EU countries €6.99. If you would like us to send the package again, you will have to pay the additional shipping costs for the same amount as the original order.
Damaged/defective/inappropriate goods
If you received damaged, poor quality or wrong products, we sincerely apologize for that! We will arrange to exchange the item or send a new item at our expense. Contact our customer service and we will arrange for the new products to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Refunds are given
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received the returned item(s). Once we have inspected the item, we will notify you immediately of the refund status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Possible return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will receive the funds within a certain number of days, depending on the policy of the card issuer. It usually takes 2-3 working days.

Start by contacting our customer service department and we will provide you with further return instructions and packing instructions. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund for the purchase. Please note that the returned item must be unused and in its original condition. If the item or the item's packaging is not in original condition, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
